A Room for Art

A Room for Art is a place to paint, draw, build, print, bind, glue and sculpt. Classes for children and adults are held in a sunny home studio in Arlington, MA. More than a room, it is time and space to work with your hands, enjoy materials and make your ideas concrete.

Location

A Room for Art is located in Arlington Heights at 115 Robbins Road. The Studio is down the driveway on the right side of the house.

Welcome to the Spring Session at a Room for Art!
As in the Winter Session Art Play gatherings invite students to define their own projects, choose materials, and experiment. The studio is set up as a work space for the group to share.
Art Classes offer a specific project with a set of materials. Experimentation is encouraged within the limits of the project.

Art Play
Choose from materials available: build, paint, play. All gatherings 3-5pm, for K-Gr5

Art Play Thursday 4/6, 4/27, 5/11, 5/25, 6/8

Art Class
Art that Moves: splatter, marble, tops and pendulums? Let’s experiment with paint! All classes 3:30-5pm, for K-Gr5
Art Class Tuesday 4/11, 5/2, 5/16, 5/30, 6/13
Art Class Thursday 4/13, 5/4, 5/18, 6/1, 6/15

Registration:
Send me an email with your choice of class. Fees and contact information (if you have not been with me this school year) due by first class/gathering. I will send you the file.
Returning students let me know now if you are doing the Spring Session.
